MUTATION (POWERS): Keisei has gained the ability of elemental shifts. She can take on multiple forms of energy such as light and dark, and take on elemental energis such as wind, fire, water, ect. If she is in her element she is the fastest thing on the feild and around, but if she is severely out of element then she is barely able to move. She is only nuetral when she is sleeping, meditating, or in her normal human appearance. During meditation she gets preminitions from the past, present and future but she never knows wich one it is. she may get a vision from the present and think it's the future. She is still developing her powers everyday

DESCRIPTION OF BODY (BUILD, HEIGHT, UNIQUE FEATURES, ETC.): Keisei is 5'9" in height and slim in build, but not too slim. She has markings on her that only appear on her when she is in her trusting elemental forms. She has extremely ice-blue eyes and her hair varies in color. She always has wings on her back whether they be water, fire, electric, natural, bark bat-like wings, or angel wings.
HAIR COLOUR AND STYLE: In human appearance it is dark brown and down to her shoulder blades.
EYE COLOUR: Brilliant blue-green
RELATIVES: Father, dead
ETHNICITY: Native American

HISTORY: She just started getting her powers.
Days 1-10 (when I say control, it means the complete shift and control)

And they still seem to be coming. She was going through her normal routines of the day when she was suddenly pulled off the streets by a group of boys who wanted to have their way with her. Before she knew it she was hog tied and getting stripped of her clothing in a building she didn't recognize. Her mouth was taped shut and she could barely move, boys all around holding her down and laughing as they stripped off their shirts and clothes. She passed out as one of the boys started in on her, only waking to them all just laying there lifeless and herself untied and bloodied, but this blood belong to that of the boys around her. Once she gathered up her belongings she was stripped of, she fled. A day after that she realized that when she was walking out of the house her lawns flowers were leaning towards her, dancing in the wind towards and disconnecting from the ground. They wrapped themselves around her wrists and formed a flower cannon, blasting a far off pole. The day after she realized a new power, and the day after the same thing. A few days into her mutations she thought it neccessary to go to The Xavier Institute incase anything were to get out of hand with these powers. After she was certain she got all of the powers for now, she headed off to the school.
SERIOUS PHYSICAL OR MENTAL CONDITIONS: She is a bit nervous around some types of males.
HOBBIES:wing, meditating, sparring, practicing her powers and the occasional liking to clean.
PERSONALITY: Calm and cool when alone, but when she is around friends she is a bit obnoxious and hyper. When she is around some males she is either very fierce and threatening, or very nervous and just hides by her friend's side. 
ANY PETS: A small bunny that she has had since she was 15, a present from her passed father.
OTHER: Never tries to over power a boy, never thinks she can because of what had happened nearly a month before. The only alter-egos that can go into other alter-ego elements are the ones with the marks on their bodies, like wise for being able to take them in.
WEAKNESSES:When out of her element she can barely move and instead of her wounds healing, they grow and grow till she is taken care of.
