Tattoo(s): A Serpent going up and around his left leg. And, like the Yu Yan Archers, he has a mask over his eyes, though the coloring is that of icy blue ink that is easily hidden with the help of makeup should he have to go on an undercover mission into the Fire Nation.
Piercing(s): His Septum is pierced.
Power(s): So far, he has mastered controlling the temperature of the water to which he commands; redirecting Lightning; and the usual Water bending tricks. He has now focused himself on being able to bend the blood that courses through the bodies of others.
Weapon(s): Having gained the proper ink from the Yu Yan Archers before he discovered he was indeed a Water Bender--still a wee lad--, he carries a bow and arrows on his back. As sword fits snugly at his waist for when he should need to go into close range combat. And, though it may not seem like a weapon, he has his Pipe Fox, Masiah, always in his clothing.
Detailed Description: Physical; Kyoji stands at a agile five-six in height, with only one-hundred and fifteen pounds to keep him planted to the elements beneath his feet. He has a softly angled face that holds a certain femininity to it. Icy eyes in the shape of almonds place on the background of blemish free--save for a certain scar going across his jawline--, pale, inked skin. A mask surrounds his eyes, that to which matches his iris' color, that he received long before figuring he was a water bender. Long, lean muscles are what coat his frame, giving him the look of an in-shape soldier. Not too broad, shoulder wise, and not nearly as muscled as every other Water Bender in the tribe, but he is happy with himself nonetheless. At least he can wake up in the morning ans say that he is better gifted and trained than the rest of his people. At his left ankle starts the tattoo of a Weasel Serpent, then coils about his claf and thigh till it reaches his hip, head first, ending the tattoo.
Clothing; Traditionally, he wears that of the Northern and Southern Water Tribe's clothing--Dark blue Anorak and Trousers trimmed with white fur, mittens and Mukluks--but can often be caught wearing that of which he had grown up wearing.
History: Bore in a Fire Nation Prison Hold hours before his mother was stationed to be executed, Kyoji was taken in by one of the guards and his wife with Colonel Shinu's okay. Raised as though he were a Fire Nation bred warrior--or rather, Ya Yun Archer--, he knew naught that he was in fact a Water Bender, and neither did his 'parents' and fellow warriors. Upon following commands of his leader, he had found himself in a bit of trouble, along with his fellow archers, when they had confronted the Foggy Swamp Water Tribe's Protector. Engaged in battle, he simply went on instinct, shooting arrows at the plant beast left and right. Though, one vine slipped past and crashed into the tree he was perched in, sending him sprawling to the Swamp below. Desperate, the archer whipped his arm around to grab an arrow, but came up short seeing as all his arrows had been reduced to nothing. A cry came form him as another vine came at him, and as luck would have it, as he sent his arms up to cover his face, the water below also flew up and deflected the vine that had gone at him. Surprising, indeed. It must have surprised his comrades, as well, seeing as they stopped what they were doing and simply stared after him, speechless. When he came up for air he was greeted to the sight of arrows aimed at his torso and head by those same comrades, thinking him an intruder in the Fire Nation. Major Draw Back.
Few years later, after having fled from the Fire Nation that had now turned against him instead of accepting him; learning from few water benders as he traveled about; AND finding a Water Tribe to which he could call home, Kyoji started his new life among the Tribe people. Mastering new techniques, different skills, and training to gain more. Though he got few suspicious glances from his new allies, he was accepted nonetheless. Albeit to some, he was a quick learner and soon surpassed those that had been taught Water Bending with him by the Water Master. Even developed his own technique. :3
Personality: Personally, he thinks he is a pretty fun guy to be around. He loves to have fun, though, sometimes, fun to him means a bloody, gory battle. He hates for things to be normal. He needs adventure, excitement. Hell, what he needs to do is get out of that Tribe so he can go have some fun! <33 Though, he can be laid back at certain times, like when he needs to take control or right after a battle to calm everyone down to prevent an all out war amongst his people. Two straight-forward emotions describe him impeccably. Go-with-the-flow/mellow and easily excitable.
Other: Since he was born in the Fire Nation and had been raised by them, he has a respect for those people. Strong, strong-spirited, a bit demented, though all around good people fighting for what they believe is right. Kyoji's point of view of the Fire Nation was recognized by a few elder Water Benders, and he was thought of as having an open mind.
