Leala strongly believes in the difference between the goals of the police and the goals of the prosecution: It is the job of the police to catch the right suspect and the prosecutor's job to make sure the case against them is airtight. Because of this she acts cordial--but more professional than friendly--towards the investigators and will not tolerate any action that could compromise the integrity of the case--even when there aren't any suspects, yet.
History:
An ambitious and honorable woman by nature, Leala worked her way through college to earn her law degree and worked nearly non-stop to become an effective and established prosecutor. On a more personal level, she has a well-behaved teenage son that she is very proud of but seems to have less and less time for and her marriage is growing strained.
Other:
Leala plans on running for judge once this copy-cat killer case is over.
