Phantom





Info - A Phantom is the most powerful of the lesser ghosts, capable of a sentience of its own, phantoms cling desperately to their previous life and they have the ability to call other ghosts into existence. Phantoms, much like regular ghosts, retain the shape and equipment, as well as skills they had at death, yet they gain several ghastly skills and have a base level of 3.

Appearance - A panthom looks like a ghastly version of whoever the person that spawned the wight was, however it is far more fleshed out than a normal ghost, seeming mostly as a hovering zombie to whomever sees it. Nevertheless, when one tries to touch the phantom, one realizes its incorporeal.

Areas - Ghosts can be found anywhere as long as there is enough magic to keep them active.




Phantom

Level - Varies

Equipment -
Ghost versions of whatever weapons or armor the character had. Ghost equipment ignores whatever armor the enemy is using, affecting only constitution. If it hits, ghost equipment will always deal d4 cold damage.

Stats - Same as original character's

Skills – Same as original character's + Death Touch, Dark Aura, Drain Mana, Lv 1 Black Magic.

Spells - Gains the following spells -> Cause Fear, Disease, Dampen Spirits, Curse.

Special Skills
Bound - Ghosts are bound to an item, place or even creature, the ghosts can move from where their binding is, but they loose power so they cannot affect anything in the material plane anymore.
Ethereal - Ghosts are ethereal beings, they can only be hurt by magic or other Ethereal creatures.
Nether - Being Nether-beings, if a ghost is touched by a living being, this being must make a constitution roll or take d4 death damage.
Floating - Phantom's hover lightly over ground, making them immune to any spell or effect that would hamper a walking creature.
Undead - Ghosts take damage from healing spells.
