6'4” muscular and fit. Luther looks like a cover model for GQ magazine... Though strangely approachable.

Shape Changer

Abilities:
Luther Shape changes into a monster that takes him to near nine feet tall. The creature is a predator by all means, seeing in thermal vision, he grows claws as long as swords, and tentacles that lash from his palms. But the most frightening feature is a regeneration that takes place while consuming flesh. Even for the size of the monster he becomes, the natural want to stalk pray is hard to resist. Finding places to hide, and moving in silence waiting to strike when his target feels safest... or most vulnerable. Though in this from Phantom's exo-skeleton wards off most small arms and all normal melee attempts he is still vulnerable to high caliber rifle rounds. Like a ballistic plate (and on par with a 7.62 test) his armor can be broken if the rounds land to close together. When in this form Luther, now Phantom, can only talk through signal telepathy with a willing subject.

Personality Profile:
Mr. Grant walks with with his shoulders back and head high. An interesting fellow, Luther is rather persuasive and is often found in night clubs (with out fail) convincing a woman or two to join him at what ever hotel room he is staying. Luther has always lived a high life style coming form a family of old money in the south, and knowing where to invest portions of his trust fund to make a lot more play money over a longer period. He loves to talk to people about anything, and is often said to be a reliable negotiator... and if necessary an aggressive one. The truth be told Luther would rather talk something out than fight it out. He fears what he becomes when the beast takes control. Some have even gone as far as to hear Luther beg not to make him hurt them. This has led to a reputation as some what of a coward within the wrong circles, but he has never failed to accomplish a job. Something he holds much pride in.

History:

Luther has been in Las Vegas and started running odd jobs for fun. The money was just a bonus. Though he avoided at all costs using the beast form he has come to calling Phantom... Though sometimes the friend in his head gets the better of him and Luther lets Phantom out to play. This most often happens when Luther realizes he is out gunned and can not talk his was out of a situation.

At some points he has taken jobs on the promos of information on his past, but so far all it has gotten him is he was reported dead at the age of 28...

2013-12-29 [The Black Goat]: the character is good but you will need to scrap that history as all of the specials were created by one man (presumed) and his people.

Also what is an Eldar? I really want to stay away from monsters from other works of fiction/games/anime ect. because at that point it's borderline fanfiction
