The Black Castle of Luvonkral

Luvonkral, the main residence of house Eylem, is an impressive sight indeed. In a realm of eternal autumn dusk it stands, a great castle with walls of smooth, black onyx and nine tall towers; one in each of the four corners of the outer walls, one in each corner of the inner walls, and in the very middle of the castle stands the ninth and tallest tower. It is said that in the top of that tower, the Eylem matriarch sits with her beloved pet ravens upon a throne of black onyx, surrounded by enchanted mirrors that allows her to see what's going on anywhere in any of the properties owned by house Eylem. This is wrong. The throne is made of ebony.
