2005-08-16 [Aegiss]: Well. To the guards obviously:) The easiest way in case you don't know anybody from the crew is to go to the member's house and press the "send report to guards" . If it won't help (which is almost impossible), you can try to draw the attention of them by putting a comment on one of the council wiki (but that be the last thing you can do!)
