Character Name: Meeros Letch

Homeworld: Cheeors (Like chores)

Age: 27

Gender: Male

Race: Driver/Human

Height: 6'1"

Weight: 162 lb.

Eye Color: Bright Blue

Hair Color: White blonde

Physical Description/Personality: Meeros is a pale skinned individual, as most of his time is spent in dimly lit rooms and cells. This along with his hair color make his eyes quickly noticeable and usually the first thing people remember about him should they have the good fortune not to have to speak with him. His general appearance gives off the feeling of aristocracy or something like nobility, when really it is not much more then Elitism. He believes that humans are the rightful masters of the lesser races/species and the universe like some sort of Manifest Destiny. He dislikes anything that isn't human and down right loathes anything that isn't at least humanoid. He always wears a long trench coat with gloves which are both deep crimson in color, broken only by the black of his boots.

Occupation: He is a mid-high level operative of the Special Investigations Order (SIO or Sigh-O). He deals with acquiring information from criminals, rebels, enemy soldiers, pretty much anybody unfortunate enough to find them selves in manacles and at the mercy of the Drivers.

Special Ability: The drug gave Meeros the ability to secrete a simple neuro-toxin that, upon contact with the skin, causes excruciating pain but no damage to the body or tissues. However, with large amounts at one time the toxin can cause irreparable nerve damage, the extent of which most don't have the clearance to know. In defensive situations he can cup his hand to allow the secretion to pool before throwing it onto the exposed skin of his adversary(s).

Side Affects: The toxin seems to have a slight affect on Meeros in return. The drug cause his mind to fracture into a multitude of different personalities, which Meeros can usually keep under control to where only 1-3 are prevalent on a given day. However, when he uses his toxin ability he slowly loses his grip on the reigns that keep his other personalities in check. Some guards have reported seeing him go from calmly speaking to the subject, to caressing their cheek lovingly, to lifting them out of the chair and trying to choke them out.

History: He was born on Cheeors to a rather wealthy family who were adamant supporters of the human's push through the universe and had gotten most of their money by taking advantage of the local populace on several planets. Spending his entire life hearing about the greatness of his race and the importance of its spread, it was an easy choice for Meeros to join in the fight to take planet after planet. When he took the drug "Drive" and his power surfaced he found himself not on the battlefields he thought he would, but on Driver controlled territory asking questions of lesser races. He wasn't very pleased till he realized the importance of the information he could retrieve from these pathetic creatures. Ever since this epiphany he has worked every prisoner like the key to ultimate victory lie inside their tiny brain.

2012-01-12 [Dezmond]: not bad, the only issue i see is that it may be pretty difficult to play off multiple personalities as a weakness, seems to me like it's more in control of the user, i like to see things that are inhibiting in more than one or two circumstances xD

2012-01-12 [Lord Josmar]: Well, I was originally thinking about also having him unable to feel anything, but I figured that would end up being more of a boost then a hindrance.

Wait! I think I got it. How about any impacts of enough force (a punch or a hit with a melee weapon) can cause the limp to go limp and useless? Kind of like the receptors in them are easily damaged and take longer to repair themselves?

2012-01-12 [Dezmond]: might work, but at the same time that may be too much of a hindrance. He is still a soldier, and I mean a good punch would mean the death of him in most combat circumstances.

2012-01-13 [Lord Josmar]: Now see...you're being too picky, lolz.

2012-01-14 [Dezmond]: lol is there a such thing? xD but seriously, just gotta find a way to straddle that line haha

2012-01-14 [Lord Josmar]: I'll take a look and see if I can't find anything that's good.
