Oddballs and Eccentrics by Karl Shaw review

If you enjoy reading about the peculiarities of various, royalty, artists, inventors, religious persons-- even average joes-- dating back centuries through the late twenties century, then I suggest this book.

It's broken-up into easy-to-read chapters regarding the type of people detailed therein (i.e. dictators, politians, etc), with brief (in some cases a couple of sentences brief, in others just a couple of pages long) sections detailing each person's noteworthy idiosyncrasies.

Some of what is written is so far-fetched that I question its validity, but it is all, nonetheless, entertaining.
