2007-09-06 Paul Doyle: Let trolls be trolls. I just hope this time I've spent away from Elftown (in a badly needed sabbatical, and also as a way to maybe get the right people interested in the nonprofit, no-hidden-agenda Elftown) will be worth it. This troll probably wouldn't be able to hack "Fake", never mind Elftown or even Elfpack for that matter.
2007-09-07 spank: Not bad...... look up a site called Mambo/Reg Monbasa you might get some ideas off him.....Practice makes perfect !!!
2007-09-27 Miss_Madame_S: I forgot to mention that my Aunty Susan adores Dragons and that I'm now having fantasies about Pauly The Dragon so does that mean I need to go to Rehab like Amy Winehouse should?
Lol.
2007-09-27 Paul Doyle: Oh, not at all. Although he is strong and athletically build for a practical reason---he is (like the rest of his genetically engineered kind) trained and highly skilled in various forms of armed and unarmed combat---but he's also a bit vain and slightly obsessed with his body. He was designed in a lab as a "sport", an idealistic prototype for anthrodragon soldiers created for the closing two novels of my forthcoming five-novel sequence. (He isn't in the novel, by the way. Too goofy!) And since he's far more handsome than the average member of his species and a great deal more inclined to indiscriminately flirting, he has a lot of adventures before he finally grows up a bit, falls in love and gets married.
Heck, I'VE got a bit of a crush on Pauly the Anthro-Dragon even though he's basically an exaggerated version of myself!
I'm hoping to get back on Elftown within the next week, at which time I'll certainly be barraged with stuff regarding my absence---ah well. I'll deal with that when I deal with it.
2007-10-06 Aby31: I enjoy your artwork. Like the sexual undertone. Keep it up. Make more for halloween.
2007-10-10 [Paul Doyle]: finally back on Elftown. Most likely "done for good" on Y!A
2008-01-06 [Mortified Penguin]: Pauly... we haven't talked in months... I feel as though we're slowly drifting apart.
2008-08-01 [Lerune]: Hey, Paul? Can I make a suggestion for something to keep in mind for future drawings? Constructive criticism, I assure you. I can do it privately if you'd prefer I not to it here. =o)
I do love the musculature on the legs -- you've really done your research there and it shows. The legs are very well done, and I've also noticed a lot of improvement in the wings that you draw over time. :D
I think it's nice to hear that people notice when you improve and grow. =o)
2008-08-02 [Paul Doyle]: Sure, I'm open to it and certainly could use some constructive criticism. You may post it here, you may post it in private messages, or you may post on both :)
(The legs are based on mine, by the way :d)
In any event . . . sheesh, I need to unclutter this place!
2008-08-06 [Paul Doyle]: Sneak-peek at colored version of "Bohemian Rhapsody" parody. That is, if anyone cares. Full details, etc, to come later.
2008-11-13 [Paul Doyle]: Pauly the Anthro-Dragon text stuff
2011-07-18 [Nioniel]: Really great stuff. I wish my must struck more often. :)
2011-07-18 [Paul Doyle]: Thanks! I really do need to unclutter this page.
2011-10-02 [Paul Doyle]: Ask Pauly the Anthro-Dragon! forgot to post this link . . .
2013-12-09 [Paul Doyle]: To whomever on Yahoo Answers who's been serial-reporti
2013-12-09 [Paul Doyle]: The previous comment is there because I shamelessly spammed this page (or the Elftown start page) in all of the Y!Answers questions I posted, thereby violating their questionable rules.
