Races

Humans: Well, the name says it all; they are mortal and have very little special capabilites. They are good at blacksmithing and making clothing. They have little magic abilities, but they can use enchantments to strengthen their mental capacity. They focus mainly on their brute strength to win battles.

Elves: They include Wood, High and Dark Elves. They are immortal and are just fantastic in alot of things. The Wood Elves specialize in archery, sneaking around and speaking to animals. They are the shortest of the elven race. They are found living in the forest and woods spread out across the land of Vilyanen with the exception of a few who live in the cities. They have little to intermediate magic skills. The Wood Elves have tanned to nut brown skin due to their constant exposure to the sun. The High Elves specialize in magic and speech. They are the tallest of the elven race and the most intelligent. They live the cities and alot of them are found working for the Council. They all have golden skin. The Dark Elves are the most dangerous of the three elves. They specialize in sneaking around and blending in with the shadows around them. They all have destructive magic and are quick to anger. They are of medium height. The Dark Elves are found living in caves or underground with the exception to those who have been exiled from their lands. They all have either light ebony to dark ebony skin.

Dwarves: The Dwarves are short and stocky and have a bit of a bad temper to them. They are the master of blacksmithing and their weapons and armor are always a well sought out merchandise to sell. Due to their short appearance, they are usually found wielding blunt weapons. They are the strongest of the races with the exception with the Demons, Angels and Vampyres. They have NO magic skills. They are always found living in the mountain range or in a large fortress at the base of a mountain.

Demons: Demons are the thrid strongest of the races and their strength matches that of the Angels. There are various types of Demons, ranging from the sneaky and tricky to the seductive and backstabbing Demons. They mainly specialize in Fire but many can use all the elements. Like Dragons, the Demons have a human form to hide from the world of men that are hunting them. Many Demons are found with large leathery wings. They are also found living throughout Vilyanen.

Angels: Angels are a powerful race, their strength matching that of Demons. There are only two types of Angels, the ones with the white wings and the ones with the black wings known as Dark Angels. The angels with the white wings have control over healing and protection magic with a few that can use Fire and Ice. The Dark Angels have control over Fire, Ice and Lightning. Like both the Dragons and Demons, Angels have a human form as well. They are found throughtout the lands of Vilyanen.

Vampyres: Vampyres are any race that has been bitten by a Vampyre. They are immortal but they can be killed just like the elves. They have super strength and speed and their magic skills are heightened. They are the second strongest of the races. They are found throughout the lands of Vilyanen.

Dragons: The Dragons are the strongest, most intelligent and longest living of the races. They aren't immortal for they do die of old age, but they can live for thousands of years before they do die. They have control of all of the elements and their strength is unrivaled. They can transform into any form they desire to keep their numbers up and prevent them from being hunted for their scales. They are very protective over their treasure and are very quick to anger. They are in fact a curious race and love to find out something new. When in their dragon form, they do not speak like humans do, but they manipulate the elements to talk to others. They can only mate with other Dragons and humans to reproduce their offspring. They are found living in caves filled with their treasures.
