Raptorians and Avariel Elves

The winged species of humanoids have been around for centuries, but often have stayed secluded in their well-protected homelands, which they most often defend very aggressively.
In ancient days, a small portion of humanoids made a great Pact with the elemental lords of Aeroaura, the realm of air, which granted them the ability to fly with feathery wings in return for promising the best of their flocks to the aid of the elemental lords in extraplanar battles and deeds.
Over the many years, the raptorian bloodlines have done some mixing and interspersing among the lands.
The original humanoids were simply that, human, elven, and half-elven.
After many years of activity with Avorals, Angels and Archons, and many elven interactions, the Dae'Vyhiris bloodline (a royal Avariel house) is one of the greatest families to boast the original blood of elves and Celestials, though their blood is not specifically made with the Djinn Lords, granting them the celestial feathered wings, and no devout service to elemental lords.
