Name: Ren 火闇 (Hiyami).
Gender: Male.
Age: 18, by age and looks, but he tends to act a lot older in many ways. For strangers it is hard to know his real age, seeing as the combination of his race let's him get really old without aging much.
Race: Half-demon, half-elf.
Occupation: Pretty much whatever he feels like at the moment. Even though he's pretty young, he has a lot of experience and tends to be a drifter when it comes to jobs. Surprisingly enough, for being a downright punk, he works hard and is usually very good at whatever he sets his mind on.
Skills: Mainly, he's in a very good physical shape and is an excellent fighter, especially when fighting with knives. Strangely enough, nobody beats him at being lazy. Being a half-demon, he can do pyro-kinese, but he's never told anyone about this and he will not use it even in emergencies. He may not be extremely clever, rather the opposite, but he learns fast, which is why he seems to be a natural talent at whatever he is put to do. This is why he can easily switch jobs whenever he gets bored.
Weapons/Possessions: He usually only carries two knives; a small one hidden randomly somewhere on his body (the location changes from time to time) and a somewhat bigger one that's usually stuck to his belt or somewhere around the waist on his pants.
Appearance: He's good looking, of normal height and a bit skinny, but on the fit side. Brownish, messy hair and red-orange eyes. Pointy elf ears, which are full of piercings. In a way, he's not at all how one would imagine an elf to look like. Usually, his clothes are a mix of provocative and laidback. He is very good at using his appearance in whatever way is convenient to him; being a real street punk, he can easily scare off small crowds with a simple glare, but at the same time, using his elven elegance to flatter his way into anybody's heart. The latter one being used a bit too much for ulterior motives; he's not much of an emotional guy, but he sure is a born playboy.
Personality: He's pretty outspoken and happy-go-lucky. He does what he wants to and says exactly what he means. At times this makes him seem very childish, but at the same time, he conveys a feeling of maturity and courage which often makes people assume he is older than he really is. In a way, he's pretty rebellious and clealry a leader type, but on the other side, he's also really extremely lazy and hates drama. He also hates complicated things, whether it be an object, a person or a situation. In general, he doesn't talk a lot about feelings and he will under any circumstances go silent or change the subject if forced to. Most of the time, he's too lazy to be bothered to compete, but when he's actually in some way competing, he will under no circumstances allow defeat.
History: He's never been seen as a threat to anyone; especially because of his somewhat lazy to apathetic attitude at times and the way he handles things as a hardworking, mature person who speaks well for himself. He's had a really tough childhood, which he rarely mentions; basically he doesn't really care and thinks it's annoying when people pity him. Both his parents died when he was young and he was raised by his stepaunt, who treated him very badly. At the age of 13, he ran away from "home" and started taking random jobs.
Other: Even if he's not counting as a threat, he's still been into a lot of trouble and sketchy business. Also, it is hard to tell what he is thinking; he's the kind of person who is extremely enjoyable to be around, but always leaves you desperately wondering what your relationship really is. He's magically familiar and magically mysterious.
