Patient 13136: Rubecca Sylvia Khristoph

Patient History and Profile:

Sources: forensic evidence, public records, eyewitness accounts,
interviews, and psychological profiles.

Age and Birthday: January 18 - 19 years old

Height: 5'3"

Weight: 115 pounds

Eye Color: Brown

Hair Color: Brown

Personality Profile: Rubecca, or "Ruby" as we call her for short. Is an inward girl, lacking a voice. She is mute. She has a brilliant sculpting talent that has been demonstrated at craft time with cheap crayola clay. She's rarely seen without tears in her eyes and even more rarely is her hair brushed as any nurse or doctor attempting to brush her hair will find themselves trying to drag her out from under her bed. She's a treat to herself in the sense that a code green is often called on her behalf. It seems she poses no threat to staff, however.

History: Ruby came from a family who didn't want her, she was abused in every way possible and even sexually abused by every member of her immediate family. She was found in the closet of their suburban home covered in blood, staring at a wall while the rest of the family lay scattered in pieces all around the house.

February 28: The bodies of the Khristoph family (Mother Susan, Father Jeffery, Older brother James and Older sister Libby) were found at 1:35 p.m. rip into pieces. Rubecca was found in the closet, refusing to speak, battered, bruised and bleeding. she was admitted to the local hospital at 1:56 p.m.

March 3: Rubecca is released from the hospital and admitted into the Asylum where she continued to refuse to speak or give any indication that she may or may not have murdered her family.

Marth 19: Rubecca caused a code Green to be called when she some how slipped from her straight jacket and escaped into the kitchens where she obtained a large knife and began to slice lines into her body.

April 4: Rubecca has slipped her restraints and jackets so frequently a camera was installed to see how she was going about this without damaging or undoing the restraints. Everything was functioning perfectly until about 10 minutes after the install was complete and Doctor Kells left the room. Without warning the Camera ceased to function. Upon further inspection it seemed as though the brand new camera has simply ceased to function, other attempts with cameras have yielded the exact same results.

May 26: Rubecca was put under observation while restrained but no doctor or nurse can seem to stay wake long enough to observe her escapes. An attempt to use both a camera and a person to observe also proved unhelpful as the camera went out just before the nurse fell asleep.

August 12: Rubecca becomes increasingly puzzling. She has still yet to claim guilt or innocence on her family's death as she has yet to speak. Even in her numerous moments of self inflicted pain she never cries out, just silently weeps. Today during craft time she picked out some clay and began to sculpt. When she was done she simply went back to her room, leaving a strikingly realistic sculpt of an orange and white cat, which startled a nurse into thinking a cat was sitting there, staring at her. I'm not sure what would have made her think that, as upon my inspection the cat had tiny white feathered wings on it's back.

September 9: Rubecca and I held a session that may be helpful in the future. I had the sculpted cat baked and it sat on my desk. She paused as she came in and looked at me quizzically. I asked her if this was her sculpture; she nodded as she sat down. I noted to her how good it was, but the wings were out of place on such a realistic cat. She merely looked down. Something struck me like a tone of bricks, why had I not thought of it sooner? I starred at the girl and asked if this was a sculpture of her cat. Head down, she nodded. I proceeded in a gentle voice, asking if her family had hurt the cat. Again she nodded, her shoulders shaking in a silent sob. I asked if that was why she killed her family, she shook her head. Then I asked if she had killed her family, with a pause before hand she let out a low and long breath, then nodded. I asked if they hurt her, if she was abused, a nod in response. Did they touch you? (I know she knew what I meant) A nod. All of them? Your parents and Siblings? A nod. I could get no more from her though I tried, she just curled up in the chair and wept silently into her arms.
