Rules.

Note: These rules belong to Alpha And Omega. These rules are NOT laws. You don't have to keep by the rules 100% precise, but we would most certainly like you to. Just think of them as Guidelines. Keep in mind that, aside from these rules, your writing should look decent.



Rule #1 – Spelling.
Spelling must be correct at all times. We know there are people out there who have trouble with their spelling. Hint to all those people: make your writings in Word. Set your language to “English”, and with it, you can see which words aren’t spelled correctly, and which are.

Rule #2 – Grammar.
Grammar is also very important. Word does not have a grammar check-up, so if you're not that good at it, ask someone who is to check your writing. Remember; at least one of the editors will read your work, so if you aren’t sure about your grammar, you could always ask one of us to check it. Also, remember to use Dots at the end , and Capitals at the start of a sentence. It’s not much work, and it helps keeping the writing decent.

Rule #3 – Discrimination.
This is, of course, not allowed. It’s allowed to be opinionated, but do not discriminate in a direct way. Thing such as “Nigger”, or any other racial references, will be immediately removed. You are allowed to complain. Such as “The Americans screwed up again”. This is not a direct insult, it is merely a reference to one of their blunders.

Rule #4 – “Rude” Language.
Words such as “Fuck”, are allowed. But only if it is REALLY bad. You cannot make it 1/3 of your vocabulary. We allow it, but within a certain limit, if you go beyond, you will get a notice with the request to reduce the amount, or we will make a notice about it behind the link towards your writing.

Rule #5 – “Sign language”.
We would like you to make it understandable. So even IF your grammar is correct, and you don’t discriminate or scold, and your spelling is correct, we will not appreciate it if you don’t make your writing understandable. I mean… “Hii, hOwz ArE yOu?” Right. We can’t have that. “Why n01? 1337-5p34k 4 l1f3!” *beep* wrong again. These things will not be allowed either. It is, of course, allowed to make a writing about this subject, and use these forms of… “Language” as a reference, or even throughout your entire writing, just to make fun of it, or such.
