Abilities: She has a secret power within herself given to her by the Forerunners themselves. Markings which allows her to be one with structures and machines of the forerunners. But also these markings have much more then this ability which is a major threat to her health and will cause episodes where people around her may get hurt.
Past: Chelsey's birth is unknown to many all expect Dr. Halsey who found her when she was an infant. Dr. Halsey placed her through many gruesome tests which inflicted much pain and agony to Chelsey. When Dr. Halsey saw how much of a danger she was amongst the humans she threw her into the spartan program in hopes she would be killed off by rebels or more importantly the covenant. Chelsey grew strong in the ranks, became friends with John 117 which was rumored that these two had an affair during training years. Gaining her team with her brother Darek they completed every task handed to them. Up until Reach where their home was glassed and they were still together fighting to survive, until Oldus the Arbiter captures her.
