Age: Unknown (maybe middle-aged or older)

Appearance: Shrill is not the best looking person in the compound. From a scale of 1-10 it would be a -4. It appears to be a failed experiment/attempt at something, but the desired result is completely undeterminable. It is only 4' 5" tall, but would be taller if it wasn't hunched over. Its arms look atrophied and weak, similar to its legs. Its body is plump and roundish, lumpy and bumpy. It doesn't wear any articles of clothing either. The only hair it has is a few thin wisps of white hair atop its head. All together, weak and frail in appearance, but that is exactly what it wants you to think.

Special Features: It has a second form that it can switch to, in a rather grisly fashion. The second form burst forth from the "weak body" like a hatchling from an egg. It is about 7'8" tall and bone skinny, it's teeth so long that they hold its lips apart in a permanent grin of pleasure. Barbed claws sprout from every finger and toe. Solid black eyes give off a feel of foreverness and two long slits for a nose which seem to always test the air for new scents.

Abilities: Its skin is toxic and mildly corrosive, same as his saliva. It is also surprisingly fast in both forms. Its second form is very fast and agile and above average in strength. The solid black eyes can be controlled to let in the desired amount of light for the environment, which allows it to have near perfect night vision. Its claws give him a climbing ability, should the destination be to high to jump to. It's mouth is very long and can be used to swallow a person/ creature of average size, whole. While it is quite large in height, it is exceptional at moving silently and undetected.

Personality Profile: It is a creature of lies and deceit. Nearly nine tenths of what it says is a lie and this leads to its information not being trusted. It also loves to wallow in other's misery and/or misfortune. That is why he sometimes gives vital information in hopes it will be ignored. Like the ambush it knows is coming two miles ahead. However, when it life is on the line, it will usually tell the truth, just to save itself.

History: It had spent quite some time lurking in hot zones of crime and conflict, luring people to it for a quick meal. It was on one of these meals that it itself was deceived and ambushed by agents of the compound. Despite its hardest attempts, it was eventually captured and brought in.
