Dreaming

I stand upon a mountain,
the stream beside me pure.
The forests all around me
silent as I stare,
a ghostly figure not really there,
at the snow that starts to fall.
"Claeren," I said. "Snow White."
And the flakes begin to set.
As I stand there, watching,
the snow falling, falling,
waiting for the sun to rise
and take me back to Reality
so that I might smile for a time.
