History:Thorn earned the nickname by becoming a thorn in the political structure's side. He has continually helped free slaves and cares little for the laws of the city.
He is the bastard son of the city's leader. He was going to be killed soon after his father found out of his existence but his mother snuck him out and saw to it he made it into the home of her brother, who was free. She died of her wounds she had received as they escaped.
His uncle raised him and taught him of his mother's sacrifice, this set him on the path of vengeance. He has since been freeing slaves and hiding who he is by going by the name Thorn. His uncle had been murdered by an 'officer of the law' when he had reached the age of 15 thus forcing him to live on his own.
Thorn was embraced 20 years ago but hasn't aged since, this has added to his
reputation of being ageless and invincible.

face and hair: She’s got long ebony locks that she allows to hang freely- not caring to tie her hair back like most girls. Anna has stormy blue-grey eyes and has a fair pallor.
body: She’s a small girl- standing at about 5’3”, she’s got a slim, though well defined, figure.
Clothes: She tends to wear kimonos when at her family’s shrine, though otherwise she wears a pair of jeans and a loose fitting t-shirt. When going into battle she has form-fitting black armor to protect her.

Friends: She tends to keep to herself with the assumption that not having friends means no more heartbreaks or loss.

Rivals: Her twin brother, Raizel, who betrayed the family.

Hates: darkness(she doesn’t fear it, but despises it, there’s a difference). Messes- she’s a pretty hardcore neat freak.
Fears: Blood- despite her current occupation she fears the appearance and smell of the stuff.
Strengths: Her mastery over earth. She’s an intelligent young woman who makes sure that she’s doing the right thing.
Weaknesses: Her tendency to view things solely as black and white- with no in between. Blood- usually massive amounts have her frozen in place…
Other Relevant Information: She’s got a guardian spirit- a fox that she encountered as a youth. As it would turn out- the wounded fox that she found and nursed was in all actuality a very powerful demon. It allied itself with her due to the desire to be with and protect her.

She wields a long sword that has long been passed down in her family, and though she is new to its weight and size, she has mastered the blade. Aryanna's blade is unique, in the sense that the spirit of her guardian fox resides within it.

She has power over earth (an ability that she manipulates into giving her super-human strength). She first discovered her ability at the age of six while learning herblore with her mother when she touched a dying plant and it sprang immediately into bloom once more. Since then she's learned to hone it into moving large chunks of earth in battle, causing miniature earthquakes, etc. She can also grow things on a moment's notice, especially in battle, things like vines, thorny whips, etc. Though she prefers to stick with her sword and scrolls.
She also has a slight ability to heal non-life threatening wounds. This ability she forced herself to learn, a way of dealing with smaller wounds on her own without freaking out as she is apt to do with anything that bleeds.

Character Biography
As a young child Aryanna was raised as the apprentice to her priestess mother. She and her brother trained together to continue the dying legacy of the Ravenclaw clan. When she was six she discovered a wounded fox sheltering at the base of a tree just outside of her family’s shrine and immediately felt drawn to it. In secret she treated it- knowing deep down that, should either of her parents discover her new friend, it would be cursed to die.
She learned that his name was Yaryck when the duo inadvertently created a bond and she learned what he was. The rest of her youth was pretty uneventful, save the adventures in slaying and exercising that they shared.
The year of her 18th birthday misfortune struck. She was named the heir of the shrine and her brother, Raizel, defected. That night he led a horde demons upon their family- their parents sacrificed their lives to seal the lot of the demons, and Anna herself nearly died in the process. This day brought her fear of blood into play as well as her meticulousness when it came to the cleanliness of her home. She never forgave Raizel for what he has done, and has vowed to achieve vengeance for the deaths of their parents, though she still lives to protect innocent lives- she puts her quest for vengeance on the back burner of her life until the time comes that she has a clear shot of gaining it.
Over the next four years she became somewhat of a hermit. She gave up on all of her friendships and love interests. She became, in essence, a recluse who only showed up in town when there was danger or her supplies were depleted.

History:Cain was born the only child of a politician but was disowned when he turned 17 and was bitten by a werewolf. His mother wanted him as a slave and he escaped with his father's aid.
He has been living in the woods and is distrustful of others. He wants to be human once more and has been trying to find the werewolf that changed him so he can turn back.
He is kind but distrusful of others. He wonders what happened to his father and doesn't know that his mother killed him after she discovered he helped him escape. He also is unaware that his mother highered people to hunt him down and bring him to her.

History: When he was a little boy, about the age of 6, His family decided since they were low on money to sell him to the highest bidder. He stayed at the new place as a cleaning servent for 5 more years. At the age of 11 he learned that his family had died trying to get him back. His master had a daughter who would use Balthier. After awhile (age 16) he managed to Charm his way out of the whole sex scene. 12 years later, he's living on his own now in the city as an outlaw. He's thinking of becoming a Bounty hunter.

History: Rice is a very unfortunate man and is hardly blessed by lady luck. After loosing his parents at the tender age of 10 he began to search for greater meaning. After falling into a pitt of depression he began to experiment with literally anything. He is a scientific genius however as most people know their is a fine line between genius and madness. His obsession with truth lead him to become poisoned by the chemicals he worked with so closely. His body is to be precise a constant source of infection and is very toxic. He is forced to wear gloves at all times while in any building due to the fact making skin on skin contact can result in the person becoming infected and very ill, possibly fatal in some circumstances. The trauma of his body has caused it to age profusely, he is barley into his thirties but has the body of a man into his 50's. Rice's hair is white, his skin pale and wrinkled and his body frail, he looks ill almost constantly even though he doesn't feel it. He know works as a doctor and scientist and has come across many curse for diseases but never his own, it seems he is incurable and slowly dieing before his time. Rice is socially reclusive and shies away from people, he has never had physical contact with someone that didn't result in them going into a fit and vomiting blood, thus he tends to keep his distance, it's for the best really. He can tend to get a little annoyed when people move stuff in his lab and has been known to flip out, especially when things get broken. All in all he's a very lonely man.
However, after a rather coincidental run in with the King he learnt that not everyone is effected by his illness and he can make contact. This development has made Rice feel that he and the King are destined to be together. Even more suprising is the fact that being around the king seems to be curing the effects the poison has on his own body, it is slowly reverting back to his real age and he is becoming healthier. He is also being drawn out of his shell more and is easy manipulated by Valarian, there isn't anything he wouldn't do for the man. He is becoming increasingly menacing, taking on some of Valarians colder traits.
Abilities: As said above skin on skin contact results in the second party getting contaminated, the severity depending on how long he holds onto them for and how high the immune system is of the person being touched. For instance if he touched a very ill person five seconds of contact could be enough to end the, while if he touched a very strong capable warrior he may be able to touch them for a minute without anything going wrong. Rice's blood is another dangerous thing since it itself is an acid like substance, it is jet black and when it reaches the air it becomes corrosive. But he is no fighter, most of the stuff rarley happens and if so it is by accident.

History:Alaric was born a beautiful baby. His parents decided to keep him as a girl because they didn't believe a male looking so much like a girl would be accepted in society and were afraid he would be hurt.
They changed his name to Seluna after he was two and they knew he would grow to be a beautiful child.After awhile they convinced him he was a girl. He is so innocent and niav that he believed them and doesn't know the difference between male anatomy and female anatomy.
"she"lived a peaceful life with her parents who helped free slaves and give them a safe haven. Recently 'her' parents works were discovered and 'she' was orphaned when they were executed. 'She' was going to be sold into slavery but Caileigh's father decided to adopt her due to 'her' abilities, beauty and possible being related to the king.
'She' is shy and caring but also silent and reserved due to witnessing 'her' parents death. 'She' doesn't trust Caileigh's father but knows 'she' has no choice but to be his daughter.

History:Tichee was a slave at one time to the king. He was born in captivity and witnessed the murder of his parents before his very eyes when someone accused his father of stealing food. Every since that day he has grown a deep hatred for the king.
One day he saw Gwen come to the castle and decided he would run away to be with Gwen. He thinks Gwen is good and will treat him well.
His hatred for the king grew when he turned ten and the king tried to force him into bed with him. He raked his claws across the king's face and managed to run away. The king issued orders for him to be brought back but he was never found.
Tichee was kept close to the king for another reason. There was a prophecy stating he would be one of those who could free the slaves and bring a stop to the king. Due to the king's greed rather than kill Tichee he decided to keep him close and try to make him be submissive. Tichee is unaware of this fact and seeks vengeance against the king.
He has decided to try to find Gwen hoping Gwen will help him and he has grown a crush for Gwen over time. He has been able to live by stealing and sneaking into buildings to gain supplies and a safe place to rest.
He decided to trust a couple that found him in their barn and started out treating him well and feeding him. After he lived in peace with them for a month he believed he had finally found someone who would love him and be a family. But the couple ended up being slavers who were trying to gain his trust so they could sell him. He woke to them taking him to the slave market. He managed to escape but still bears the emotional wounds from that encounter.
Tichee is a fairly silent boy who was forced to grow up too early. He can be painfully blunt and speak his mind even when that isn't always wise. He can be caring but due to his past he is distrustful of most people and often comes across as being cold and distant.

Character Name: Lucien Faken.
Age: 24.
Race: Human.
Rank in city: Bandit.
History: Lucien is arrogant, conceited and above all far to self loving to ever be seen in a positive light for too long. He is eccentric and over zealous and believes one should always speak their mind, he's off the charts really and does whatever takes his fancy. He is the leader of a group of bandits who treat him like a king, which does nothing but feed his already bloated ego. Lucien is abrasive, stand offish and prone to throwing hissy fits if something doesn't go his way, even though he is 24 he is still horrendously naive and childish and pretty blind to anything that goes on outside of his world.

Lucien is definitely not the type of person to do something out of the kindness of his heart and is all to willing to soak up any attention, he is unabashedly scandalous and with try it on with anything that moves. He is bisexual but prefers the company of men.
Abilities: Lucien is a gunslinger and has one hell of a shot, often make impossible feats and impressing others. He doesn't seem to have any magic and instead relies on his guns to cause choas, that or sweet talk his way out of a situation. He is very cunning and utterly fabulous.

History: Logan is an eclectic and passionate young woman, she doesn't like to feel tied down and tends to wonder around freely taking on jobs here and there. She is almost the complete opposite of Lucien in the fact she is always willing to lend a hand and help those in need, she is selfless and merciful. Certainly one to take the moral high ground. Her personality has earned her many friends and she has a way to win the hearts of others and inspire hope and confidence.
She does not have a set job but at the moment is living with Lucien who she has taken a fondness too and behaves much like an older sister to him. A funny aspect of Logan's history is that her name is in fact a boys name, she is named after her father who died a couple of months before she was born and thus wears the name proudly. Logan also, like Lucien, is very aware of her sexuality, she is however completely into girls and doesn't like men at all, she enjoys the company of beautiful women.
Abilities: As a werecreature she can change shape at whim to her animal form, which as mentioned above is a parakeet. Her magic is racial and depends on the enviroment of the battle ground, for instance if they were fighting in the mountains she would manipulate the rock, if they were by water she would use the water.

Character Biography
Raizel was an intelligent, caring boy much like his twin, Anna. That is, until, the day he discovered Demos, a wounded demon who'd taken on the form of a crow. He took Demos in and nursed the creature back to health. Demos' thanks was tearing down Raizel's defenses, belittling him, and slowly manipulating a kind boy into the murderous man he eventually became.

He hid his changes carefully from his family, the burning desire to outshine his sister and take over the shrine was what finally broke him in the end. When the heir was named- Anna- the last of his humanity disipated and he left their home in anger, returning later with many demon companions to overtake the shrine itself. What he wasn't prepared for was the strength and knowledge of his family as the demons were defeated and he forced to flea lest the same happen to himself.

Since then he has sought ways to bring down his sister, spying from the shadows... And finally he feels he has what he needs and allies himself with humans for a brief time...
