Personality: Sophia is a quiet girl, very mild and timid who too often fades into the background and gives in to peer pressure very easily. She hates not fitting in and focuses her entire identity on pleasing others. More often than not, this makes her seem very gutless and shallow--which, if confronted by it, she will not deny, since she is terrified of conflict and confrontation--if someone did her wrong, she would simply let them do so in silence, because she feels that this is easier and less painful than standing up for herself would be. A source of constant grief to her is being called Mexican when she is, in fact, Guatemalan.

Tendencies: She is extremely impressionable and, one might say, wishy-washy. She is quick to buckle in an argument, and if something is said in conversation that she disagrees with, no matter how strong her convictions, she will simply nod and bite her lip, staring at the ground. She rarely complains, but she is also rarely genuinely happy. She has worked very hard to eradicate any trace of latina accent, but it still shows through in the cadence of her speech.
