The Fairy Godmother

Name: Susan Fae. Usually called Godmother, The Godmother, or Ms. Fea. Rarely called Susan.
Race: A fairy of sorts.
Age: She looks to be in her late 30's, but her real age is unknown.
Eyes/shape: Dark Blue. Narrow and calculating, they tend to glint wickedly when she is pleased.
Hair/Style: Black as Night. Silky waves falling down pasted her backside.
Face: Angular and sharp. Rather predatory looking. There is nothing really "soft" about her. Her lips are thin and usually pursed or frowning. her skin is a smooth alabaster color and she has a small upturned nose.
Body: Lithe and willowy with long arms and legs. About 5'10'', she has a long torso and a small chest and backside. Very graceful in an dangerous kind of way.
History: Susan's origins are unknown and she likes to keep it that way. She came to the city without much hullabaloo and quietly set up a business of providing Happily Ever Afters for people. She "believes" that everyone, even the none magical people, deserved to have magic help them achieve their dreams.  Being a magical Being she was willing to help. For a small fee and their undying loyalty, of course. Because so many of her clients became members of the rich and the ruling class, and because of loyalty, protection, and "charitable" donations of funds, The Godmother has a choke hold on the government of the City. Thus the Patin Society was created. A party run by The Godmother and her people to provide for the "Average Joe", and of course control the rulers of the government while making a crap load of money. Although very powerful, the party has opposition from The Barons of the city. Magic users who feel that magic should not be given out freely. Basically the whole system is corrupt and devious, with the Godmother as the puppeteer and everyone as her puppets.
Personality: Cold and calculating one minute, and deliriously nice the next.  She'll seem like the most helpful and trustworthy person and in the next instant you may find yourself face down in a ditch. Susan is the master of manipulating people and situations. She is very self confident and controlled. She doesn't do anything without careful consideration and is not impulsive. Loves money and Power. Loyal to no one but herself.
Relations: unknown.
Sexual Preference: Men, but she doesn't really have the time or interest. 
Talents: She is the Fairy Godmother, so she basically has all the magical powers related to that. Very smart and a good tactician. She's a great public speaker and excels at double dealing and manipulating people.

Susan raised her eyebrows and smiled wickedly, "No, I don't believe you know what I'm up to." The man standing in front of her didn't even register the flash of her wand before it was to late. 

Before the Godmothers desk, where once a man stood there now sat a tiny surprised looking mouse. 

Turning back to the paper work in front of her she called into the next room "Boots! I need you to come in and take care of something for me. It seems we have a rodent problem." She smirked when she saw the small cat dart into the room, and didn't even bat an eyelash when she heard the crunch of tiny mouse bones.
