It has a blue belt going over each shoulder and one going around the waist. It has a zipper that runs from the middle to the top of the jacket, leaving his lower stomach exposed. He wears low form fitting pants that are white in the front and blue in the back with a blue belt around his waist. He wears sneakers with the same style as the jacket and the pants. He has black bandages wrapped around his neck with a blue short width collar over them and a necklace with a shark tooth. He sports a pair of blue fingerless gloves and fishnets that go halfway up his lower arm. The only markings he has are two gill-like slits near the out side edge of his eyes and a black tattoo of TR on the back of his neck.

He has a kind of a cruel streak in him and can be very rude, especially if he doesn't like you and he'll let you know if he doesn't like you. He takes pleasure in causing others pain, especially people he know and hate. He can manipulate water and can tell when it's going to rain. He's skilled in various short bladed weapons and in hand-to-hand combat. His past, like Fenrir's, is clouded in mystery and he doesn't plan on telling it to anyone and if someone finds out they'll be shark bait.
