Letter from the Editor

Welcome once again to Elftown's fantastic ezine - The Town Herald. I know we are a little bit late this issue, but much better on schedule, even with the delays, than we have been in the past and are all trying our hardest to keep that schedule up to pace. We have welcomed a few changes this issue -- one a heartbreaking turn with the loss of a dear friend and fellow Heralder, [Kileaiya] in which this issue is dedicated to. We will miss her greatly, and hope all of you will take the time to look back on her past herald accomplishments and remember her warmly and fondly as we always will. Sadly, because of this loss we are also missing our warmly welcomed 'Cooking with Kids' section that she wrote for us every issue, but we also have a few additions. We are proud to introduce a new column - 'Silent's Horror Corner' by [silent_voice] in which every issue a new chapter of his on going horror story will be featured in the columnd section as an ongoing story section. Though, I must fair-warn everyone, this being a horror column, some of the language or graphic details of such may be offensive to some - so if you do not care for such taste, or are easily disturbed or offensive please guide yourself elsewhere amonst our lovely pages -- we try to include something for everyone, so I'm sure there is much that folks who do not care for that type of thing can find for interest and entertainment :). Also we have an interesting new interview included in this issue by our [All_Most PUNK] in our features section, that I hope you will interest many as well. It is a different type of interview, as it is indeed with a fellow ETer, but out of Elftown itself so hold a different and new insight into the ET interviews and the people amongst ET. OTher than that, all our olde favorites can be found for this issue of 'Gothic Nightmares' theme with some fantastic entries at both the Poetry Corner and Art Corner, which showed great turn out this issue, and of course some fantastic gothic inspired reviews and articles. We hope all of you enjoy this issue, as always, and can't wait to welcome you all back for our next issue's theme : Beauty!
