2006-08-28 [Skydancer]: :) thank you.

2006-09-03 [weerwolfje]: Oooh, great pictures! I love how you get the butterflies as well as the flowers to be very sharp.

2006-09-03 [~Lady Morgana~]: Do you use macro [Skydancer]?

2006-09-03 [Entropy]: Ah man, they're all so beautiful. Wonderful job.

2006-09-03 [Skydancer]: Um not really a true macro, but the closest setting on the camera. I used a Canon EOS Rebel XT on these and it has a setting for such things though I believe what it does is set for a bit more depth of field as a basic setting. Not sure exactly which lens it has on it. The normal kit lens I believe. It is not my camera. Typically though when I am shooting such things, and you can see some in the wiki Craggy Gardens I use a 35mm Minolta with a 70-210 lens that is particularly good at getting closeups even though it is not really a macro, just a really good lens.

2006-09-03 [~Lady Morgana~]: Oh I understand. I love how clear the pictures are. My camera has a macro mode, wich I use to take all my insect or flower pictures but the lense you use is amazing!
