THE ONE SITH

By the year 130 ABY Darth Krayts "One Sith" or the New Sith empire had risen to full power and taken the place of Lumiya's Sith Faction, the last remnants of the Rule of Two. The rule of two was established by Darth Bane, one of the most influencial sith, after the Seventh Battle of Ruusan, it dictated how there will be two true sith one master to hold all the power, and one apprentice to crave and one day take it.
Darth Krayt abolished the rule of two and instated the new rule of the One.
"Instead of two sith there will now only be one, The Sith Order itself! I have recreated the sith as you have done Bane"-Darth Krayt

The rule of one dictates that there will not be two sith, but one, one mind to control the body and many others to control each function of the body each one a full fledged sith, each one trained with blind obedience to the dark lord of the sith.

Naza assumed that the Dark Lord is as much a servant as each other sith, and that he doesnt function any differently, each person working toward the progressive goal of the success and conquest of the one sith body. In the rule of two the sith are designed to betray and destroy each other thus leading to their downfall, before that the sith had one leader but many underlings each desiring to betray each other, nothing but chaos.
An empire like that cannot survive because it destroys itself, but under the rule of the one sith each "part" of the body does their part and all are equal to each other, thus eliminating the desire for power.
"The one sith is very much a living being, and much like the living, if it should lose a part, or should a part become obsolete, we must simply remove it and replace it."-Darth Naza

Following the ancient sith tradition as a graduation trial the sith apprentice must kill their master, however it is a violation of the one sith code to strike your master down dishonorably (this term is fairly loose here) and once the master considers the student worthy, under supervision of the Dark Lord, the student then challenges the master and if the student wins the master willingly lets themselves be killed and grants the student the title of master. However if one person should stray out of place, or attempt to desert their body, they will be destroyed and their rank replaced. Each sith is taught to understand that they each serve their place and each rank must be filled or else the body will become weak, and each part is as signifigant as the last, the brain however, they are taught, always knows best and each order must be followed without question.

Unlike the jedi sith are recruited at any age, and are sent through training schools each presided over by a Sith Grand Master, with several Sith Masters. Each sith is trained under a sith master in a group with other sith potentials, once they have graduated basic training they go onto more advanced training in higher level academies, then on graduation they are put through terrible trials. If they survive they will be chosen by a master, put through the Emrace of pain (a terrible yuzong Vong torture device) and given sith tattoos, after which they craft their saber and are recognized as full fledged sith.

The academies are as such: (they are sent to one of the few listed in each category)
Basic Training
Honoghr
Gentes
Gamorr

Moderate Training
Ryloth
Umbara
Nar Shadaa

Advanced Training
Iridonia
Dathomir

Final training and graduation
Korriban

Each Sith spends two years in each academy under one master, after 8 years of training they are sent to the Tomb of Naga Sadow and put through the ancient trial by going to the end of his tomb (where the star map is still located, even though it has been inactive for almost 4000 years) to find a red saber crystal and bring it to the entrance. The onlooking masters then decide which apprentice they want.

The Sith Ranks

The sith ranks are as follows most sith (excluding Acolytes and Apprentices) have their own apprentice which will take their place. While an apprentice, the student acts as if they had the rank their master did, their orders must be followed as if they were of that rank unless their master demands otherwise.

Dark Lord of The sith (Jed'ari*)
This position is held by one person at a time, and passed on to their chosen apprentice at the time of their death. By decree of Darth Naza the Dark lord of the sith will carry the black lightsaber (not necessarily the saber he built, but the crystal). All sith follow the Jed'ari, obeying his orders without question, they are given their masters rank under his supervision, all sith knighthood begins with the words "I am your life, I am your Death" from the Jed'ari.

Hand
Under the dark lord are two hands, these are basically his second in command and are considered to be the strongest and most powerful sith under the Dark Lord.

Fist
The fist is the Dark lords military commander and rules over the forces of the Dark Lords army (think commander in chief). There is only one fist at any time.

Sith Lord
The lords are the commanders under the Masters Fist, each lord rules over a section of the armies. It is speculated that there is over a thousand sith lords.

Sith Grand Master
A grand master is the head of an academy and has command over each master.

Sith Master
A master is a teacher of all the sith in each academy, they teach small groups of sith in each "course" for two years. Currently there are several hundred Masters.

Sith Commander
Not all sith are chosen by a master upon graduation, those that are not may become commanders under a lord (basically elite soldiers in the army) a commander may have an apprentice, but its not required. Currently there are several thousand commanders.

Sith Assassin
If a sith shows exceptional skill, but is not chosen by a master they may become an assassin, like a commander assassins are their own master following the will of a lord or even the fist. There are only a few hundred Sith assassins.

Sith Acolyte/ Potential/ Padawan
The lowest level, these sith are the students training in the academies.

Sith Apprentice
This term is loosly applied to the sith recently graduated out of the academies and serving under a master, while in the masters service they are to learn all the powers of the master and are to become better than them, to prove it in their final test, thus taking their place making the one sith even stronger.

*The term jed'ari is an ancient sithese word meaning "Dark Lord of the sith" Naza resurrected this term and uses it simmilar to the way Roman emperors use the term Caesar.
