Chinchilla

Actually, it's Aleksandra Dankiev Ulianov, but nobody calls me that(for good reason).

Age: 22

Occupation: I work at this book store slash coffee shop called Backwater Cafe. I also tend to work really late hours.

Appearance: I'm not fat, I'm aerodynamically curvaceous, and don't you forget it. I'm relatively tall, so my weight is pretty evenly placed, but I'm still chunky enough to feel rediculous in a bathing suit. I've got pretty brown eyes and a round face with relatively attractive features, but I wear round thin-rimmed eyeglasses, which practically counteracts what minute prettiness I have in my face. At least I have an awesome Russian complexion, right? I have sort of a backwards-mullet hairstyle: long, golden brown bangs in the front, stretching down to my elbows, and short, spiked purple hair for the rest. I wear whatever's comfortable, usually a geeky, oversized t-shirt and jeans with homemade doodles all over them. I've also got a tattoo of the Hitman symbol on my left wrist, and 'Liberty Forever' in Russian along my right forearm.

Personality: I like to think of myself as relatively approachable. Most of the time, at least. Sometimes people piss me off, but being a coffee shop chick as WELL as a bookshop gal I can bitch at my customers (hell yes!) I'm really interested in obscure topics like greek mythology and aerodynamic engineering. Sometimes it comes in handy, but lately I've been looking into cinematography. For the longest time I wanted to be an actress, but I let Olivia take care of that, she's got the curves for it. I've been trying my hand at directing and I like it a lot. I've got a slight Russian accent(apparently).

Skills: I can speak fluently in Russian, French, Spanish, Japanese, and a little bit of Korean and Chinese. It comes in handy sometimes. I also have at my disposal a rediculous storehouse of trivial and useless information, and I've swordfought with Max a few times, so I can hold my own with a weapon. I've been trying to find time to go to that archery range but lately things have gotten hectic and I've had more pressing matters on my mind. I love to learn, so I always pass my classes with flying colors(most of them, anyway; ironically, I suck at math), and I do a lot of independent study. I can also draw a little, but nothing beyond doodling in the margins of my notes. I think that's about it.

History: I grew up with my parents in Petrograd in Russia. We moved around Europe for like a year when I was eight and then came over to the States to settle down. My dad was a big time engineer and kept getting contracts in wierd backwards places. Anyway, so I moved down to New Orleans for college and met Charles in my Advanced Calculus class. He turned out to be pretty cool, so I met the rest of his friends and moved in with them after college. Honestly, our modeling friend wasn't home often so I didn't really cultivate a relationship with her, but from what I heard from the grapevine and from what I saw she wasn't at all suicidal. Max is the one into the paranormal stuff, but I have a feeling I'm gonna need to read up on that myself.
