The Wonderer
Room 268

You enter a fairly neat room with a desk, a lamp on that, and a bed. in the corner is a large bookshelf stock full of books and archives and tomes and miscellanious things. Allsow, the desk is full with papers and oppened books, written in all sorts of strange and unreadable languages The window is covered with large shutters to prevent the light from coming in in large quantities. This gives you the impression of a night-elf or a vampire. You stand in the relativly clean room for a moment, then walk out and close the door behind you. </b>

The wanderer enteres quiatly and, with nothing better to do for the folowing two days, he sits at his table and continues his aperantly insane writing habbit... but nobody could even begin to imagin just what he was writing in all those books... and most importantly... for what reason?

"So...My shadowed love, why do you slink about the castle? Away from good company?" A musical voice chuckled behind him. She was a drow, standing behind him and stares at his writing. "Don't be startled. I am not really here." She continues, laughing at her own riddles. "I am else where in the castle, you see, but I noticed you slipping around like a fair ghost, when I watched the castle."

The wanderer is surprised for a second at the soudeen words he heard in his head...
But that fealing was quickly surpassed and he was again cool and calm as allways...
He stood quiet for a couple of moments, and then he used his mind to answere the question, knowing that the speaking with his mouth wouldn't do any good...
"Hmm... well... that's something new... anyway... my reasons for beying like this is simple... I simply am... I'm not acting...
And how about you... why do you wish to talk to somebody as insignificant as my self?"

she laughs softly again, "Hardly anyone is insignifcant my pet." She says with amusement, "I talk to who I wish, out of curiosity, out of mischief." Her magical-self; a wavering and flickering ghost leanes over him "What is it that ye work on here?"

"Hmm... sorry... if you don't allrady know... you don't need to know...
And don't try reading my mind... you will have quite a bad feeling on dong that... trust me... others have tryed..."
Sed the wanderer, not a bit impresed...
"Well, anyway... significance is something worth mentioning... I wander who is TRULLY significant?"

"Dae noo everyone have a place in this world?" She laughed, "We each have a place..and therefor significant, whether ye wish tae think that or not. If they're were not reason fer them tae be where they were, they would not be existing. We all live in a web, is that not so, Master...."

"Yes... perhaps... now, if you will excuse me... I have an apointment at the Gunsmith... goodby..."
And, he puts down his pen and slowly and quaietly walks out the door on his way to the Gunsmith...

The wanderer returns from the gunsmith and just as cuaietly as B4 he returns to work...
He continues that for days on end, hardly leaving his room...

After several weeks have past in this unnatural way... the wanderer realises that the pain that haunts his fleash is to much for him to bear any longer...
He realises that he won't be able to mantain a human form for long... staying here any longer would mean puting everybody elce at risk...
He decides it's time to leave this place forever...
As souch, he packs his things, those that he could carry, and had somebody help him take all the books wrote by him in this time to the exterior of the castle...
As the servant walked out, the wanderer took one last look at the now empty chamber, and walked out, closing the door behind him...
