Abilities/powers: Vance produces a black lightning-like substance, a concussive energy that can be used to forcefully attack people or wield weapons, such as his knife, and which also carries qualities of electricity, allowing Vance to use it to teleport, through air and more easily through electrical currents. He does this by essentially becoming the lightning and 'riding' it to his destination, at which point he reconstitutes as himself. This energy, when used in any fashion, absorbs any light around it, causing surrounding areas to go dark during the instant that Vance uses it.

General appearance: Vance stands tall with white skin, though not too pale, and has a lean build to his body. He sports brightly colored, piercing green eyes and wavy jet black hair.
Additional Appearance: Vance is usually seen wearing one of two outfits, either his "casual" or "business" attire. His casual clothes consist of dark, worn and faded jeans and a regular t-shirt under a black leather jacket, a thin white stripe running down either side on the front. He also sports a pair of dark brown biker boots with short chains that loop under the arches and connect to the shoe at the ankles. His business attire is made up of either a black or a dark grey suit, a black dress shirt underneath, a lightly colored tie, and a pair of black dress shoes.
Personality: Vance is a rather morally corrupt and incredibly conceited young man with a sort of god complex. He has a special knack for convincing and deceiving others with his somewhat cheery, yet devious, attitude. He looks at all others as disposable to him, never growing too close to anyone and distrustful of everyone. As such, he tends to fraternize with beautiful women purely out of sexual desire, and men and other women in attempts to have them join his side, or simply just to take their lives. Vance also strangely delights in striking fear in people, and even torturing them, mentally or physically, before he exterminates them. Sometimes Vance suffers bouts of insomnia and migraines, making him incredibly irritably and cranky.
Special Skills: Vance has moderate skill in dirty and underhanded street fighting, and he has a considerable amount of skill with a blade.

Brief History: No history is known about the young man other than he appeared at the mansion one day, November 20th, during a gathering in the Danger Room. After taking care of some business beneath the mansion, he decided to have some fun, which resulted in the deaths of
Camille Anderson and
Jonas McKimmly and the injuries of four more students,
Mihir Proudclaw,
Nathan White,
Justin Alphar, and
Lirerial.
