Character name: Violet
Home world: Ordan. A planet similar to earth in size and climate. 
Race: Humanoid. Ordanian Shape Shifter (see history). A very scientific race that colonized Ordan, set up a capitalistic monarcy, and became one of the largest and richest planets in it's galaxy.    
Age: 23
Height: 5'7''
Eye color/shape: Almond shaped. Deep violet (her namesake).
Hair color/style: Dark silver, straight and smooth like silk. (slightly side affect of the genetic altering.)
Face specifics: Her face is angular and quite pretty. She has smooth flawless skin that is very pale. Her nose is average and she has rather thin lips.  
Body specifics: Lean and well built. Athletic with good muscle structure that is not so developed that it makes her look like a boy. She definitely looks like a girl. She has rather narrow hips and long legs. Her bust is small and she tends to wrap it tightly giving her a somewhat gender neutral look when she's working.
Occupation: Captain of secret police. Assassin.
History: Violet's origins are rather interesting to say the least. Several of the top Ordanian scientists were instructed by the Government to genetically engenire a breed of humanoids that would act as the planets top defense. They had to be physically perfect, strong, and able to adapt to many different climates and planets. After many failed expariments the scientics were finally successful. In an effort to show their full support and confidence in the project, one of the scientists volunteered to be the first parent vessel. She was artifially insiminated and through the course of her pregnancy the fetus was genetically engineered and perfected. Violet was the first of her kind born and, after careful study for a few months, was considered a complete success. Not knowing quite what to do with her now that they had her, they agreed that the act of raising her would be a joint endeavor between the scientists and the government. After they were sure of Violet's success the project expanded, with 7 more children being genetically altered over the course of 5 years. Unlike the other children who were shipped off and raised at militaristic boarding schools, Violet was a special case and spent her early childhood in the confines of what scientists called "The Dome". It was a secure environment where she was encouraged to learn and develop her abilities. Academically she was very gifted and by the age of 5 had clearly developed shape shifting abilities.  Her mother was present through this and she and Violet had a surprisingly loving relationship. When she turned ten Violet was taken away from The Dome to a boarding facility run by the government. There she endured extensive combat and weapons training as well as training in the art of war, strategy, and survival techniques. She spent ten years there and then was placed into the governments secret police. The origins of her and those similar to her were kept secret. After several years of hard work and stellar behavior Violet was promoted to Captain of the Secret Police.    
Personality: Violet is sort of socially awkward thanks to the situation she was raised in. She doesn't talk all to much because, despite her near perfection, she's rather self conscious which comes from not growing up around people her own age. In social situations she tends to be rather quiet. When she does interact with people she's very matter of fact and pretty blunt.  Often times she comes off as cool and aloof, but deep down she's quite lonely and longs for some sort of companionship.  She will kill without hesitation or mercy, is completely devoted to her planet, and has a good sense of justice. Her job also requires her to be a good actress since she often has to pretend to be other existing people. She distances herself from other people and loves silence. She doesn't really trust anyone although she would like to (this was part of her training) and tends to shoot first, ask questions later. Very emotional people tend to throw her for a loop and frustrate her. 
Sexual preference: Men. She's never allowed herself to get attached to anyone.
Relations: Her mother, the scientists, and several members of the high ranking government. 
Abilities: She can shape shift into almost any type of creature/person/being, she just needs to see it or sometimes touch it.  She's spent years training so she is quite strong and has been genetically altered to move fast. She has perfect aim and is extremely intelligent. Her social skills are desperately lacking though. She can not shape shift into something that has been genetically altered or that has cyber parts.
Other She was genetical altered to repel most viruses and diseases. She's susceptible to the common cold, which is really weird and when she's sick she turns into a complete baby (not literally). Because she's a shape shifter it is recommended that she shouldn't get pregnant. This isn't to say that she can't, but if she were to shape shift while the fetus was inside her she would accidently abort the child. Therefore she had a surgery when she was young to insure that she wouldn't be able to have children.
