Alias: Shadow-Shift

Mutation: Rapid healing, heightened senses, levitation, shadow manipulation, teleportation and telepathy.

She can pull a shadow from anything and turn it into an animal form which she can direct at will. Any animal smaller than a wolf can be directed with little concentration and can be directed from afar. Larger animals such as a bear or a deer must be manipulated from inside the shadow form of that creature. Which puts Waya inside the animal, directing it's movements with her own body. Waya often employs swarms of spiders or flocks of bats or birds to intimidate. It varies on her mood or what the situation calls for.

Lately Waya's powers have been... developing. Her telepathy remains sporadic and hard to control. There have been a few small instances that have not been limited by the shape of an animal. This usually manifest in the form of a bubble type shield that has a tendency to appear on it's own.

Age: 17

Description: 5'4", lean, very pale almost completely white. She usually wears clothes that are considered vintage by modern standards. Mostly graphic t-shirts, jeans and airwalks. Her wardrobe is almost always complimented by a hoody embolden with the words "black sheep".

Hair Color: Black, shoulder length and straight.

Eye Color: Blue but where there should be white is black

Ethnicity: Native American and Caucasian

History: Born at the Xavier Institute Waya it seemed was destined to become an X-Man. From the day of her birth most of her time was spent at the school. Summers where spent at home in North Carolina with her parents Delaney and Kurt. Both had been X-Men from the time they graduated the illustrious academy. She is one of the 2% of mutants to exhibit powers before the age of 10. This happened in the form of levitation. She was the first girl born from her mother’s line in five generations to not be a shape shifter. Over the years her powers grew to be a mixture of her mother’s and her father’s. It did not take long for Waya to master control of her powers as each one developed. Perhaps it was her unique breeding or the fact that she’d been raised around people who constantly practiced honing their powers. But it usually took only a matter of weeks for her to learn to control them perfectly, with the exception of her telepathy.

Hobbies: Her father Kurt taught her to play the guitar, but she shies away from it as of late considering what happened.

Personality: The disapearance of her friends and family thrust her into a dark an calculating mood. She was once a very happy young girl. Now there is hardly anyone more serious than Waya.

Other: Waya is among the 2% of mutants who exhibit powers before the age of 10. She was 7 when she found she could levitate with her shadow. 9 when her senses became heightened, 10 when her rapid healing progressed, 12 when her shadow forms manifested and 15 when she learned to teleport. It is possible that she is a level 5 mutant like her mother but no formal test have been done to prove it.
