Morgan sped into the room, almost screeching to a halt. She rummaged through her dresser and pulled out a black bikini with lime green stripes on it.

Crys hurried into the room, paused a minute to catch her breath and looked at the swim suit that Morgan has taken out. "Oh wow. That's pretty!" She moved over to her dresser and took out her skimpy little red bikini, holding it up for Morgan to see. "See mine?"

Morgan suppressed what she really wanted to say. Crys made a nice gesture, so she thought that she would do the same. "Cute." she replied. Morgan spun in a circle and a small gust grew and clothes randomly flew off. When she stopped, Morgan was dressed in her suit. The top was a halter that tied in the back while the bottoms were boyish trunks. This is when Morgan notices Crys was out of breath. "You alright?" she asked with a chuckle.

"Wow..." Crys said as she watched Morgan change. It was odd to be watching her change but she couldn't see anything but a blur anyway. "Yeah I'm ok...just not built for running like you are."

"Want me to wait for ya?" Morgan asked, grabbing a towel.

"You...don't mind?" Crys asked her unbelieveablly

"No problem." Morgan said, turning the other way to let her change. "So you've been hanging out with that hair kid all day I assume?"

"Yeah, and you've been with Joss all day, right?" Crys answered as she got changed as quickly as she could. She wasn't anywhere near as fast as Morgan, but she managed to strip naked rather quickly

"Yea, he was trying to teach me how to...what was it called....whittle?" Morgan replied, keeping her eyes on the corner of the room, "I didn't do the best job."

Crys slipped into her tiny red bikini and looked down at herself happily. She thought she looked pretty good in it. "Arthur's pretty cool. That Locks kinda freaks me out though. It's got it's own mind and all that. Weird."

"Agreed....no way I could put up with that. I'm still sticking with what I said though. His hair is like feeding off of him, you know?" Morgan explained, still unsure if she should turn around. "I would probably get pissed and shave my head."

"I don't think I could do that if I woke up and my hair was alive...it would be like murder." Crys said with a shrug. She grabbed her towel and wrapped it around her waist. "Alright. I'm ready to go."

"I take it that you want me to walk with ya?" Morgan said, turning around and heading to the door.

Crys headed toward the door, following Morgan. "You seriously don't mind?"

"We are rooming together...we have to get along some time. So I figured that I might as well suck it up and face it. No offense or anything." Morgan admitted.

"None taken. I was actually thinking the same thing..." Crys said quietly. "That's why I busted out the Guitar Hero earlier. I saw your guitar and figured maybe we had some common ground there at least."

Morgan grabbed her sunglasses off of her head and placed them over her eyes. She opened the door and stepped through, "Oh really? Heh...didn't realize." she said before walking down to The school pools

Crys pouted slightly and followed her down to the school pools

Morgan ran into her room and closed the door hard. After locking it she through herself on the bed and dug her face into the pillows to hide herself. Your such an idiot! she thought to herself, You almost broke Arthur's ribs! How could you do that? You know he was just being nice to your face...he and Crys aren't going to speak to you again! You are a horrible person! Joss probably thinks you meant to hurt him! No one will ever like you! It's just like it always has been.. It was as if someone else in her mind was yelling at her.

Outside on the balcony Joss tried shaking his fur free of water. He tried smoothing it down as best he could and tapped on the window. "Morgan?"

Morgan lifted her head in an instant and hurried to whip her tears off. Trying to act normal, she ran over to a mirror and tried to fix herself. "Yea?" she asked in the most common voice as she could.

"Are you ok?" Joss asked stepping off the rail.

"Umm...Yea, yea I'm good." Morgan said, taking one lat glance in the mirror and opened the glass, patio door. She always hated showing weakness and crying was one that she hated the most. Although her eyes were dried, their was redness under her eyelids.
Joss laid her sunglasses down on the bed "Crys didn't mean it... im sure of it."

Morgan swiped the glasses up right away and put them on to hide herself. "Well, she is right. I-I really didn't mean it. I didn't think I could do that so powerfully."

"It was an accident." Joss said sitting donw on her footlocker "That is what we are here for, to learn how to adjust to our powers and to use them properly. There are bound to be accidents."

Morgan took a deep breath and plopped herself on the bed, "I guess your right...but I still feel terrible. Did you see that bruise? If he wasn't in the water...I could've broken his ribs, or worse..."<hr<
"Yes but think of it this way." Joss said "Where was Locks at the time? Hair can;t feel pain, sho tried to protect Arthur or soemthing?"

Morgan leaned up on her elbows on the bed and looked up at him, "Gah...I wish I was so mellow like you are. Cry's totally just stressed me out."

"I'm convinced its all the fruit I eat." Joss said

"That's not the only thing fruit can fix." Morgan joked, doubting he would get it.

Joss blinked... the joke going right between his ears

"Well I read that strawberries can help the taste of your-- Nevermind." Morgan stopped herself from an awkward position, but blushed at the thought of it.

"Ok..." Joss said "Well... since we're aparently done swimming, do you want to work on the jump tonight and actualy get some action goig in this game?"

"Sounds like a plan." Morgan said, lifting herself from the bed. "I can't wait to actually fight something or break my ankle."

(lol...nice rc)

Crys woke up with a yawn, stretching her arms out. They've been here for a week now. They weren't having classes today for some reason. Guess that was the beauty of a boarding school appearance, the classes were flexible. She got up and got dressed, grabbing her gameboy and strapping it on as usual. She fixed her hair and yawned again. Just seconds before Morgan ran in, she slipped out of the room, heading downstairs

Morgan ran into the room with Joss and slammed the door. "My Dad is taking me home! Can you believe it?! That bastard is scheming...I know it!" She was about to cry.

"Morgan slow down." Joss urged "I may hace super hearing but I didn;t quite get all that. I thought your father was in prison."

"Yea, the professor said something about a lawyer and getting an appeal...I don't know." Morgan grabbed her suitcase and started to pack. "Damn it....I hate my life. I have to live with the mad who killed my Mom....and there is nothing that I can do about it. I have to leave the school, the x-men, and....you."
Joss stopped her nd took her into a hug. "It will be ok Morgan." He said tenderly "If he's as mad as you say it won't be long before he's found out."

Morgan hugged him back. "I know-- but....gah! As long as I keep my eye on that man, I think I will be ok. I can run faster then a bullet afterall. I just can't sleep until I'm 18 and can legally leave."

"Then he can't hurt you." joss said. "and if he tries to make you do anything you can run to the police."

"Or I could just--" Morgan grit her teeth and made strangling motions with her two rotating hands.

"Morgan you can;t think like that." Joss said. She was still wearing her X-Suit after all the comotion from earlier. "Tke your suit with you. It has a ... comunicator? If anything happens call the school. I'm sure someone will come to help. I'll even keep mine on me. You can contact me whenever you want.'

"Thanks Joss, that means a lot. I'm really going to miss you." Morgan shrugged a little and looked back at him with a grin. Her hands were on her hips and she leaned onto one leg. "It was fun, yea?"

"Aside from nearly dieing twice in 10 days it was a riot." Joss said

"Well I thought it was a blast. Aside from my ankle smashing into peices though. That hurt a little-" Morgan admitted with a smile. "Not to mention a little something-something that someone told someone else earlier." She leaned in as if interrogating.
Joss stood up straight and looked her dead in the eye "And I meant every word of it." He said "Even though I said it thinking we where all going to be murdered by a giant insane robot. I meant it."

With that, Morgan grabbed his head by his cheek and jawline and yanked him into a proper kiss. She firmly pressed her moist lips onto his, showing an amish man how it's done. Her stomach went into her throat as the world around them seemed to vanish.
Joss was instantly shocked but s their lips met his world melted away with hers. They stood suspended there and he hardly noticed pulling her into a hug and lifting her off the floor. How could a week long infatuation hist so strongly

Morgan grinned a little as they kissed still. She bend her knees and fluttered her wings a little, helping her hover.

Joss wanted this moment to last for forever but he knew it couldn't. Slowly, excrutaingly slowly he pulled away from her. Looking down on her, seeing the light dance in her misty eyes.

"Me too." She turned around and went on packing. Morgan slowly looked back at him from her shoulder and smiled. Once finished, she put her guitar on her back and grabbed her two suitcases. "I guess this is it."

"Yeah." joss si but he was standing infront of the door. He didn't want to budge.

"Come on, let's go before my Dad eats someone." Morgan sighed and went back down the stairs to the main entrance hall
Joss hung his head and wfollowed her
