2009-06-17 [forestgnome]: Thank you! I wish that the whole area that I live in was as beautiful as this, but unfortunately I live in a pretty much suburban area...Blah! I would much rather live in the country.

2009-06-18 [sweet.tx.tea]: Oh, you and I both! San Antonio is far less beautiful than the Texas Hill Country.

2009-06-18 [forestgnome]: I grew up in Oklahoma and moved to Illinois when I was 13. So even when I moved here it was a total system shock. Too many people and to much flat country, but it has its moments of beauty.

2009-06-19 [forestgnome]: Yeah southern Ok is like that, but I grew up around Tulsa. lol....The area where I live in Il is just Soy and Corn fields..Lol...So it has its own certain kind of beauty, but like I said, I'm partial to the undeveloped look...Ha ha...Sorry I have a bad habit of repeating myself when saying different things...Lol..I'm a nerd!
