You will find a list of members such as your self who are new to Elftown and may need help from you and others in places they are lost and confused on. Hello, I am your new Shire Section Heralder, [Paapuu], or as my fellow Halflings call me, Pearl Peatfingers of Brockenborings. There is much to do here and so much to see. I hope you enjoy every bit of it. My goal is to supply new and old Halflings in Elftown the best and
most enjoyable information, guides, contests and other fun stuff. There will be sections here such as Love Birds of Elftown where every month you may find a couple in elftown who are madly in love and want to tell the whole community about it. There is also Arts from Under the Hill which is a contest held every month and the winner gets their Art in the Herald.
