Description:
Now that I'm back from New Zealand and settling right back in, I'll rewrite my description once again.
I'd say collecting odd bits of music and reading what I think are good books are two of my favorite activities when I have spare time and mental capacity.
My 220 or so songs in my music library span at least 100 different artists, so as you can see, I'm a bit of a "music whore" (a term I got from one of my tour guides in New Zealand when he was asked about what was on his iPod.
What I enjoy reading in terms of books varies a bit from day to day, but the top three genres would probably have to be Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Fiction.
Books I've enjoyed include: Saga of Seven Suns, Tomorrow When the War Began, The Lovely Bones, and The City of Dreaming Books. Basically, I read whatever I think looks good.
I'd say, as a person, I probably say I'm fairly positive and optimistic, even if these sound cliched. If you want to message, me feel free to do so, and, unless your message is so unintelligible I can't read it, I promise I'll take the time to respond personally.
The only things I'll ignore are vitriolic comments, or anything that has to do with a particular, strong religious or political bent, because I think that these touchy subjects are better left alone in public.
Other activities I enjoy, but which I wouldn't include among my main hobbies include RTS computer games, whittling sticks, collecting and trying to repair older water guns, and taking pictures whenever I travel anywhere.
Travel, getting to experience and enjoy other cultures, and spending time with my extended family and my school friends are some of the most important things in shaping how I act and think. If you'd like to know what I think about something, feel free to ask or comment, keeping in mind the above sentiments.
Make Yourselves At Home Here, and May You Always Enjoy Coming In.
