The Rose

It blooms like love in springtime,
only to die in days to come,
How could such a tragety,
represent undieing love?

and a longer poem that goes with the same theme....

Loves Tragety

The beauty of a rose,
blooming in the spring,
is supposed to represent love,
and the beauty of its everything.
But within a few days,
a rose withers and dies,
how could something like that,
represent love and not demise?
I don't understand,
how people could use such a symbol,
when true love in full bloom,
is anything but simple.
