Art & book collector. Interest in SF/F, are you kidding? Same as interest in food, sleep, shelter, etc. Inherited some 4000 hardback SF/F tomes & building from there though never went commercial.

  "A Night at the Magic House" 12/14 is intact & a jewel of my home, yet your property.
Have been mortally ill & disposing/resolving estate matters. If you want it back it's yours, no questions, $$, strings or stress; just let me know & provide a destination for UPS.   
   Otherwise my sister/heir controls & I fear this seminal work may be lost, for the watercolor is so far beyond her comprehension she would trash it for a child's scrawl. & just so might you, yet I want that choice left to you.
