This member has been warned repeatedly not to upload copyrighted images to her house. Because she can't seem to follow the Uploading Art Rules, she has been banned.

Member has been unbanned and is being given another chance.

And is banned again for being an asshole and breaking the Uploading Art Rules once more. Perhaps they'll learn some manners?
