Poetry
I travel in the darkness,
Lost, confused and scared
Waiting what felt like an eternity,
Hoping you would be there.
I travel through the darkness still,
I cant tell left from right,
Then I notice in front of me,
A glimspe of a faint light.
I change from a walk to a run.
The sight of the light,
Reminded me of the sun.
After all the running,
I came to a hault.
I looked around all confused,
No one was near the light.
I felt all alone and tired of this ruse.
I sat down thinking about the darkness,
About all this.
Then when I gave up all hope,
I recieved a gentle kiss.
I looked to my side to view,
The one who delivered that kiss.
I see her well and smile wide,
She held out her hand,
This angel had become my guide.
