I had a practise with Oliver, he seems to be developing a disposition towards a obscure vareity of one hit wonders called the Droggs- u might remeber them, though i doubt it, as the band who did Wild Thing. Actauly rather amusingly Ollie confused Wet Wet Wets Love is all around us as one of the Hoggs own songs, though he later denied it- If he made a joke it was certainly lost on me.
I brought supergrasses Greatest Hits, suedes greatst hits (from which i played Animal nitrate, which can play in earnst with the CD backing Track, to which he replyed, all too indifferently "Its got 2 Guitars though innit"- Use ur imagination boy, my steop brother might join the band!) and Muse absolution, Which we did'nt get round to playing. During the duration of thias exhibition, where he played me 2 " Drogg " songs, he had the grave inpropriety to read his lpaystation magazine and ask my opinion on Tekken 5- I rewally think u have to listen to the music earnsetly, especialy when ur band mate is playing his influences, and potenial cover material. 

Oh yeah and we got a drummer called Wearing into the band. 

These are a few of my favourate things:

Hatful of hollow by the Smiths, tjhier definitive recording striking the dimplomatic balance of pop sensibilities and alternative dynamics which was at the very esence of the band for a long time. Beter than the Queen is dead? oh yeah.

James dean Bradfield (Manic street preachers) In a word better than slash and a genius who was never quite appreciated to his undoubted potential by the guitaring community, not like im in to all that virtuostic nonesense, but he married its bombacity whth a hard punk rock edge that made so outrageouslty irresistable

Bjork, i got all her albums before i even knew nirvana..

Live 8, self congratulatory, flippant crap that whch was there to make a errant self indulgent selfish generation feel better about them selves for an issue that is down to there ignorancew. the premise was stupid "oh lets get thtese people to watch the an amazin concert ( It was actualy crap but work with m here), and heres the catch for free, that wil make them, the worlds leaders think they really care about this thing.. yeah, then theyll change things" geldollf should of utilised his inherited irish stingines to nag them into giving money " Give us yer feckin money" oh they sabved a persons life, i tellu what if they had of charged they could of saved flippin a load mores!
