'lo and welcome. Tara's the name and manipulating words and the occasional mind is the game. I am a writer here on Elfwood(currently working on two novels, neither of which are published here) and an equestrian, however, an evil thing called highschool has consumed most of my life as of late. 

I love anything to do with vampires and werewolves and Underworld is one of my favorite movies, along with Hidalgo, Van Helsing, The Village, LOTR, Constantine, and Dracula. As for favorite reads, I love anything by Atwater-Rhodes and my newest obsession is Vampire Hunter D.

Wow, it's been a while! The summer practically flew by and now I find myself hard pressed to finish a summer reading project I was assigned for my Honors English class this year. Only one week until the new school year begins and I have three reports to do. No wonder I feel so depressed and sleep deprived lately...But have no fears! Somehow or another it will be done! You might be asking yourself right about now what the Hell I did spend my summer doing instead of homework. ::Grins:: I'll let you use your imagination on that one...(Heh, I should also point out the only reason I decided to update this was so that I could put off those reports for another few minutes! I find it so ironic how it specifically states in bold print: Don't put off until the last week of summer!)
