Hydrangea (A Harmony in Dissonance...)

This hydrangea held in my hand...
mourning in the soft colors of a broken heart...
I crush it in my hand, the puppet strings guiding me..
Done in by the harshness of reality, shedding a tear...

A tattered hydrangea, broken in the wind...
sighing in relief of an ended suffering...
I crush the emotions in my heart, emotions guiding me...
Done in by the harshness of feelings, no longer a tear shed...

A decaying hydrangea, rotting on the ground...
No longer remembering it's own existence...
I crush the past behind my eyes, hope guiding me...
Done in by knowing regret, a smile forming on my lips...

A vibrant hydrangea, shining in my soul...
Enwraptured by renewed purpose....
I hold dear everything, good and bad, my future guiding me...
No longer done in by anything, this one is reborn again, in hopeful dissonance...


Drift

As the last song plays, the crowd starts to leave..
there's nothing left here but an empty concert hall.
What happened to all that beautiful music?
It died with the smile that used to be in the mirror.

All that is left.. a cruel, mechanical world..
LET IT ALL JUST DISAPPEAR!
All that was hoped for.. gone, with the smile..
WHY'D IT HAVE TO DISAPPEAR?!

Continued to be haunted by this nightmare..
MAKE THESE IMAGES DISAPPEAR!
They just won't stop.. sanity, broken for awhile..
WHY CAN'T I JUST DISAPPEAR?!

Go away.. I don't need any more of this...
the music has long since ended...
so it's time for the finale...
LET IT END!

Drifting over the rail... haunted by this regret..

Moi~ Who I Am

A mysterious poet with a dark past, and a chocolate covered unicorn who whispers dark thoughts into his mind... That's me. Well, sans the mysterious, dark past, chocolate covered unicorn. But the poet (artist, designer) with dark (I mean, harmless) thoughts were pretty acurate. I'm slightly random and insane, and have many vices I probably shouldn't. Smoking, drinking, thinking...yeah. Actually, I'm a pretty average guy. Well, if average were by my standards. Which.... they aren't. Nor probably will ever be the socially accepted norm. ... Oh wells.
But, if you are looking for a President with a go-get-em attitude, vote for me. I'll protect you from chombies, politicians, herpes, and most other STDs. I'm like a living condom just waiting for a chance to protect this country that I love from those fecking commie bastards. Actually, I don't give a crap about the intricacies of politics, STDs, or this little nation I live in. But, seriously, I guess I should lay things down straight (or gay, or bi... whatever). I'm 20. I'm fresh. I'm hip. I'm cool. Well, right now I'm lying. Except about the 20 thing. And I do believe I have hips. Or whatever. I do like art, though. And I design clothes... though my sewing skills rival that of someone who is comatose... Anyways... I forget where I was going with this. Or even if I were going with it at all. Meh. <3 Me. </3 You.
