Elftown secret service has made this comment about this member:

This member continually violates the Uploading Art Rules by putting animted images in her bio. She's been told 5 times now to stop it and yet keeps putting the same images into her bio that keep being deleted. She will soon likely face a ban.

If you're a friend, ask her to stop or you won't be seeing her here anymore.
