Month One] Mommy, I am only 8 inches long, but I have all my organs. I love the sound of your voice. Every time I hear it, I wave my arms and legs. The sound of your heart beat is my favorite lullaby.]
Month Two
Mommy, today I learned how to suck my thumb. If you could see me, you could definitely tell that I am a baby. I'm not big enough to survive outside my home though. It is so nice and warm in here.
[Month Three
You know what mommy, I'm a girl!! I hope that makes you happy. I always want you to be happy. I don't like it when you cry. You sound so sad. It makes me sad too, and I cry with you even though you can't hear me.]
Month Four
Mommy, my hair is starting to grow. It is very short and fine, but I will have a lot of it. I spend a lot of my time exercising. I can turn my head and curl my fingers and toes, and stretch my arms and legs. I am becoming quite good at it too.
[Month Five
You went to the doctor today. Mommy, he lied to you. He said that I'm not a baby. I am a baby mommy, your baby. I think and feel. Mommy, what's an abortion?]
Month Six
I can hear that doctor again. I don't like him. He seems cold and heartless. Something is intruding my home. The doctor called it a needle. Mommy what is it? It burns! Please make him stop! I can't get away from it! Mommy! HELP me!
[Month Seven
Mommy, I am okay. I am in Jesus's arms. he is holding me. He told me about abortion. Why didn't you want me mommy?]

Reasons Marching Band Is A Sport
10) The band has a bus too. A co-ed bus that things happen on, just like a football/basketball-and-cheerleader bus.
9) Uniforms. Enough said. They are in school colors and the band has to wear them.
8) The marching itsself. You try holding a 6 or 7 pound instrument and march, in time mind you, and tell me its easy to do.
7) Band practices possibly as much or more as the "athletes". Afterschool, during school, and sometimes on weekends.
6) It takes talent. Football: you run. you catch/throw a ball. Band: Learn an instrument. Learn music. Learn to march. Practice all the time. Then play instrument, practice and memorize music, learn half time, pre-game, on occasion post-game and special show drills, put it all together and perform it in front of a crowd ... half of whom aren't paying attention anyway.
5) Band does it for the love of it. A true athlete plays a sport for the thrill of it. You have to love band to do it. Nobody does it for show.
4) The band gets made fun of, but they do it anyway. Determination, eh?
3) Competitions. Enough said.
2) Dating a band member has perks just like any other sport. Except band is a little bit more perverted.
1) After the aching muscles, suburns, sweat, spit, and air, when the band plays it's halftime show, it's all worth it when the band goes out onto the football field and give an exhibition of what they have put their whole lives into.
A white man yells to a black man. "Hey colored boy! You're blockin my view."
The black man turned around and stood up. He then said:
"When I was born I was [black],"
"When I grew up I was [black],"
"When I'm sick I'm [black],"
"When I go in the sun I'm [black],"
"When I'm cold I'm [black],"
"When I die I'll be [black]"
"But you sir..."
"When you're born you're [Pink],"
"When you grow up you're [White],"
"When you're sick, you're [Green],"
"When you go in the sun you turn [Red],"
"When you're cold you turn [Blue],"
"And when you die you turn [Purple]."
"And you have the nerve to call me colored?"
The black man then sat back down and the white man walked away...
Post this in your house if you are against raciasim.
"All Around Me"
My hands are searching for you
My arms are outstretched towards you
I feel you on my fingertips
My tongue dances behind my lips for you
This fire rising through my being
Burning I'm not used to seeing you
I'm alive, I'm alive
I can feel you all around me
Thickening the air I'm breathing
Holding on to what I'm feeling
Savoring this heart that's healing
My hands float up above me
And you whisper you love me
And I begin to fade
Into our secret place
The music makes me sway
The angels singing say we are alone with you
I am alone and they are too with you
I'm alive, I'm alive
I can feel you all around me
Thickening the air I'm breathing
Holding on to what I'm feeling
Savoring this heart that's healing
And so I cry
The light is white
And I see you
I'm alive, I'm alive, I'm alive
I can feel you all around me
Thickening the air I'm breathing
Holding on to what I'm feeling
Savoring this heart that's healing
Take my hand
I give it to you
Now you owe me
All I am
You said you would never leave me
I believe you
I believe
I can feel you all around me
Thickening the air I'm breathing
Holding on to what I'm feeling
Savoring this heart that's healed
