(the spoon in the linked video is made of aluminum-gallium alloy and is dunked in water, so aluminum-gallium alloy dissolves in water. Dissolving steel in magic acid or fluoroantimonic acid has a similar effect, and door locks are usually made of steel I think, and they can be dissolved with enough acid!)
