Abilities: She can produce salt water in a neverending stream. Besides, she can breathe underwater.
Personality: Aaillah can be scary if you don't know her, for her moodswings are extreme and unpredictable, but she is usually very serious about most things. Some think that she is too serious and that she needs to let her hair down and have some fun, but she seldom finds anything that is more amusing than a good book or an exiting game. This has its downsides, because she often plays her games using people as pawns, and when the whole situation is but a game to her she can easily become too ruthless.

In much of her childhood the Seneschal of Frial mansion, Bogg, was the only person besides her mother who had any power over Aaillah. She hated this, and a lasting enmity has grown between them through the years. Bogg is still the person to rein her in if she toes the line, and Aaillah can't wait until Bogg becomes her subordinate. She will win this, at all costs...

Her great love is the fairy Felit of house Aoor, and they have been together for quite some time now. She is deathly afraid that she will be denied her position as matriarch if people ever found out that she is betrothed to an elder of their rival house, and so she keeps the relartionship secret. They have hopes for a child for a while, and Aaillah is growing extremely worried that there is something wrong with her. If so, she would be unable to produce an heir, which would not bode well for her future career.
Ambitions: Become a good matriarch, conceive and raise talented children, win all games she plays, become matriarch so she can finally lord it all over Bogg, stop all purchases and import of licorice.
Fears: That Felit will be unfaithful, that she is barren, that she will be forced to choose between her duty and her love.
Likes: Games, books, colorful birds and feathers.
Dislikes: The illegitimate children of her father, and their mother; eels, Bogg, people with bad taste, licorice.
