In the summer the people of the Old Religion could cultivate food, they thought the Goddess took care for them to have food then. But in the winter they had to switch over to yacht, and then they counted on the God of Yacht.
So in the summer the Goddess overruled and in the winter the God overruled. The year was separated into two pieces.

The people believed in sympathetic magic, when they made a model or a painting of an animal which died in it. They believed it would end the same way in real life.

Gregorius,he thought if he built Christian churches on places where the people were used to meet to pray, they should convert themselves.

* Are witches worshippers of the devil? Explane.

No, they aren't!!! The original word ha-satan just means opponent (of the Christianity).

* What is the 'Witch Hammer' and who made it?

It's a book made by Kramer and Sprenger which contains the instructions given for the prosecuting of witches.
