Aquachef Automatic Fish Feeders review

The Aquachef Automatic Fish Feeder also has an adjustable hatch which serves as a stir bar, which makes sure that the fish food does not and has not been clumped together. This feature also controls the amount of food which is released during feedings. Additionally, the hopper is moisture-resistant as well as it is made of easy to clean material. 
 
While the Aquachef Automatic Fish Feeder is incredibly easy to use after it has been programmed and set up, it is essential to carefully follow the instruction manual while programming the Aquachef Automatic Fish Feeder; do NOT attempt to program it without the directions. Overfeeding fish can kill them; therefore, it is important that the measurements for feedings are on the right settings. Additionally, the Aquachef Automatic Fish Feeder runs on Military Time, which some people may have issues reading and understanding.

The product works like this; at each programmed feeding point, the clear plastic drum gradually rotates for one full turn, and the plastic door at the top of the drum falls open when it reaches the bottom, which then releases the fish food. The feeder door closes again as it rotates back to the top position, preventing water from getting into the drum. A small plastic paddle is set to direct how much fish food is released every time. The feeder works using two AA batteries, which are included with the product. 

My husband and I love our Aquachef Automatic Fish Feeder for our freshwater tank. We often like to go away for the weekend, and a few times a year, we head out of town (and sometimes even the state!) for an entire week or two at a time. Therefore, for our lifestyle, it was necessary to purchase a product such as the Aquachef Automatic Fish Feeder. After having owned the product for about two months or so, we haven’t run into any problems using. We were very careful to program the Aquachef Automatic Fish Feeder exactly as the instructions directed us to. Our fish are now automatically fed the correct amounts of food that they need each and every time we use the product. That means that we don’t need anybody in our home when we travel, and we know that our fish will be just fine when we return! I definitely recommend this product to all fish enthusiasts who travel and who need their fish fed while they are away!
