Personality: Grown up as a servant all his life, Balian was taught humility from the very day he was born. He has always treated girls with respect since many of the nobles that Balian served under his lord demanded his respect. Balian has a small sense of innocence that most nobles lost long ago, and has an over sized sense of morality.
Physical Appearance: Balian is slightly taller than most humans, with black wavy hair down to his neck and brown eyes. His skin is tan from working out in the field all day, which also graced him with much muscle. He wears simple clothes that a squire would wear.

Hobbies: His previous lord loved to hear music so Balian had to learn how to play the lyre. Soon after Balian realized how much he liked making music. Also has a want to learn how to turn himself from a squire to a heroic knight.

History: Balian grew up in his previous lord's lands, as a servant in the fields. As he grew up to be a fine servant, his lord took notice of him and soon Balian was his favorite. He taught Balian the basics of the sword as well as the lyre. Soon as Balian turned 19 his lord became ill with an unexplainable disease and soon passed away. But before he died he gave Balian his freedom as well as some money to enter into the competition. Now Balian is eager to prove his worth to imrpove his life.
