Award Protocols and Basics
1) Follow the provided format to nominate someone.
2) Each person can only be nominated once per award period.
3) You are not allowed to nominate yourself.
4) Previous winners may be nominated again, but they cannot win the exact same trophy more than once.
5) Unless there are at least six nominations for an award, the award will not go into voting at the end of the nomination period!
6) If a member won, they may not be nominated in the following contest period; they must wait until the one after that.
7) Only a maximum of ten members may be nominated per period!
8) At the end of the nomination period a public poll will be put up for members to vote on the winner.
9) Do not delete the nominations of others'!
