The Ash Hills

On the western bank of the Ashlands, these hills are home to the "Wild Orcs", clanless Orcs who roam the ashlands in search of food and booty

The Wild Orcs and their Ways

Many Orcs broke away from the Clans following the Age of Slavery and Revolt, fleeing west to the Ashlands. Adopting nomadic customs, they travel across the western desert to find clean water and to prey upon the forts of the Clans, as well as the caravans of merchants.

The Wild Orcs travels in bands of no more than fifty, and usually no less than thirty, transporting enough grain for double their number in Horses and Kogorath. The Wild Orcs live in tents, or Yurts large enough for five people and their supplies, and never stay in one campsite for more than a week usually.
